When you come to see us for the first time, we will seek to understand what is causing your pain. We’ll ask questions in your initial consultation, and you are encouraged to ask us some too. We want you to remain informed and connected to the treatment plan we identify.
Our practitioners are trained in many techniques built on a deep understanding of how parts of your body interact with each other. Once we identify pain causes, we will discuss techniques we believe will assist you and what you might experience.
Our focus is on achieving outcomes that remove the barriers preventing you from enjoying everyday activities.

Director, Cranial Osteopath
BMSkH, PGDip Osteopathy, NZ Registered Osteopath, Member of OCNZ (Osteopathic Council of NZ) and Member of ONZ (Osteopathy NZ), ACC Treatment Provider
My motivation to study osteopathy came from a desire to help people live their best lives. This led me to complete a Bachelor of Musculoskeletal Health and Post Graduate Diploma in Osteopathy.
Previously I studied a range of therapeutic techniques which continue to help improve the lives of my patients. This included CranioSacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute.
After 2 years of study, I have completed my diploma in Equine Osteopathy through Animal Osteopathy International and I am now available for equine treatments. Please contact the clinic and get in touch if you would like to know more.
I specialise in the very gentle, intuitive, energetic techniques which work with the body’s incredible ability to self-heal. This is one of the four principles of osteopathy and is why the impact of osteopathy on quality of life can be truly remarkable.
I live in Christchurch with my husband where we raised our four children – who will always be our greatest accomplishment. When I’m not assisting my patients, I choose to be with my horses or out enjoying nature.
