Koru Wellness Osteopaths may share your information with other healthcare providers, but only with your consent.

Insurances providers, agencies or Accident Compensation Corporation should they require information for the purposes of completing claims. This includes the Koru Wellness Limited Practice Management Software which links directly into Accident Compensation Corporation.

Third Party businesses who support Koru Wellness may have access to the systems we use to hold your information for example Information Technology support services. They will not be permitted to view your personal health records.

Any statutory requirement to share some personal information for instance court subpoenas or mandatory notification of certain diseases.

When necessary to reduce or avoid serious threat to a patient’s life, health or safety, or public health and safety, or if it is impractical to obtain the patients consent.
